The impressive entrance to Kruisheren restaurant and luxury hotel room to Wine Bar Rouge & Blanc. Dating back to the 15th century, the former Kruisheren monastery and adjoining Gothic church have been transformed into a spectacular five-star design hotel, located in the heart of Maastricht’s historic centre. The architectural contrasts between past and present come to life throughout the hotel. The interplay of history, design, music, art, hospitality and expertise let an overwhelming impression which has been awarded the Dutch Hotel Award 2017. It is a creation of the internationally renowned interior designer Henk Vos in cooperation with international designers such as Le Corbusier, Ingo Maurer and Philip Starck.
