6 years old. Has two different eyes.
With one eye she can see synthetic materials and with the other natural materials. She sees synthetic clothes walking without people, and with the other eye she sees people without clothes. the other day she say a group of running feathers. It must have been Indians. But they went by so fast, she didn’t have time to switch eyes. A shame though, because she’s never seen a real Indian. Left alone a whole group.
With part of the proceeds from Ley's artworks and products, Heart-World supports the charity 25 'Invisible' Children in Vietnam. There are more than 10,000 street children in Hochiminh city. More than half of them do not have any personal documents. Without personal documents, they are invisible and unrecognized by the world and have no access to education, health care, and any kinds of social public services. They are ignored and left behind and even denied by the locals. Many street children cannot go to school. By helping these street children today, they are recognized and identified as citizens of the country and have their own rights to access to equal public services and opportunities. To get personal documents and access to education, health care, social insurance and other public services, for better secured future.
